Attorney of the United States, Laura E. Duffy declared that Brandon W. Schroth, an assistant of U.S. Navy Physician in San Diego, claimed guilty in federal court to numerous calculations in the superseding accusation which charged him with 13 enumerations of sexual exploitation of a child and two enumerations of aggravated sexual abuse of a child aged 12.  

Brandon Schroth tendered his blame request before Magistrate Judge David H. Bartick. Brandon Schroth’s guilty appeals are subjected to final acceptance by United States District Judge William Q. Hayes. 

District Judge Hayes mentioned on February 11, 2013, that the defendant, Brandon Schroth faces a minimum of 30 years of jail and up to life also. Schroth has been in police custody since his arrest by agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in March 2012.

He was summoned to 25 years of supervised release and registered as a sex offender. He has to pay more than $144,000 in reimbursement to two minor victims. 

Brandon Schroth entered his guilty appeal in November 2012.
